“I worked  in the N.H.S in east Lancashire, following my graduation from South Manchester School of Physiotherapy. The vast majority of my working life has been in musculoskeletal outpatients, where I completed every relevant course including acupuncture. I was manager in charge of outpatient services in Burnley and Pendle for 10 years. I became a member of the Society of Orthopaedic Medicine in 1990 and in 1996 became one of only 20 Physiotherapists in the U.K at the time, to qualify as an Injection Therapist. Following further extended scope courses in Radiology Interpretation and Heamatology/ Biochemistry, I ( alongside 2 other colleagues, a G.P started the first MSK clinic in East Lancs. Within this clinic , I became clinical specialist for foot and ankle and co produced referral guidelines which were sent to all G.P’s in the region. I am pleased that I can continue to use my skills and experience for the benefit of Radiant patients.”
