To see one of the highly qualified therapists at Radiant and therefore by-pass NHS waiting lists, there are 2 ways that you can:
- Pay for the treatment yourself – we accept all methods of payment
- Advise staff of your medical healthcare plan (Health Shield, HSA) and a membership number to allow us to invoice the medical care plan if necessary.
If you require a receipt to reclaim the cost of treatment, please ask and we will be happy to provide one. Self employed, or those with business accounts, can often claim the money back on accounts if the treatment is vital to allow your continuation in work.
Radiant work with all of the major health insurance companies, ensuring that you can get the necessary treatment, without having to worry about the cost. Companies such as BUPA, AXA-PPP, Aviva (Norwich Union) and AIG all have Radiant Physiotherapy registered with them as a treatment provider.
It is important that you check how your policy works, as often you need to have seen your GP first, and then call your insurance company to get authorisation. You will usually be given an authorisation code, which you pass on to us, along with your policy number, when you come for your first session.
Depending on your policy, you may or may not have an excess payment to make, which you can do when you come into the clinic and your physiotherapist know what these are, we can keep track of your progress.
